Thanks to http://www.popsugar.com for this brilliant salad for the Tempeh first timer!
Made with cumin, cayenne, fresh lime juice, and cilantro, this dish offers zesty, fresh flavour and because it’s served with quinoa, corn, beans, and avocado, you get a crazy amount of nutrition.
Tempeh Salad Recipe is right here!
The Huffington Post is championing Tempeh from this online article, isn’t it about time the UK Press got onboard!?
Author Notes from Food52.com: I just love this recipe for Tempeh Chimichurri. I found it on The Post Punk Kitchen (www.theppk.com) by Isa Chandra. I made it for the second time last night. The tempeh is soft and a little crispy. The chimichurri marinade is tangy and balances the tempeh, which can sometimes be a little heavy. Steaming the tempeh first really allows the marinade to penetrate the tempeh. Vegetarians and meat eaters alike love it!
